RETURE POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 15 days from the date you received the sneakers.

MAKE SURE ITEM(S) ARE:


1. Returned items must be in original condition:

We will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

3. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.

Contact Customer Service for a defective item return address. We will only exchange defective products within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

Returns for Exchange

If you want to return back your package, please contact us by email asap. Your purchase will be refunded or another parcel will be sent out once we receive your returned item.

Items Returned for Exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.

Returns For Refund

To return products for a refund, please contact us by email, we will issue a refund once confirming the returned shoes.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
